This entails childbirth education, Birth attendance and call/watsapp support from 38 weeks to 2 weeks baby born. Together, we’ll:
Have regular deep prep chats about the birthing body, your rights, and your power
Share childbirth education with you and up to two other important people in this stage of your life
Plan your birth, post-birth, and anything else that helps you feel prepared in body, mind, and spirit
Being a supportive present doula for you will be central as I provide you with encouragement as you birth your baby, this can include birth photography if desired.
Reflect together as things unfold, honouring joy, doubt, grief, and change in the fourth trimester, as the parent gets to know themselves and their new baby. This includes two one hour home visits.
You’ll have me alongside you for the entire arc of pregnancy. I’m not your assistant—I’m your co-witness.
